SALON D'AUTOMNE

Artskoco is proud to announce that Myung-Hee PARK will take part in the Salon d’Automne 2026 at Place de la Concorde ✨

Founded in 1903 by artists, for artists, the Salon d’Automne is one of the oldest art salons in Paris. Fauvism was born there in 1905 with Matisse, Derain and Vlaminck. Kupka showed early abstraction there. Cézanne and Gauguin received major retrospectives there, and Rouault, Vuillard, Brancusi, Kandinsky, Léger and Modigliani all exhibited on its walls. Auguste Rodin and Auguste Renoir even served as its presidents.

For the 123rd edition, Myung-Hee PARK joins this long history with her Korean lacquer works (ottchil), where mother-of-pearl, set in and then revealed by sanding after dozens of layers, shines like stars in the night.

📍 Place de la Concorde, Paris 8 (entrance rue de Rivoli, opposite the Hôtel de la Marine)
🗓 Opening Tuesday October 27, open to the public from 5 pm
October 28 to November 1, 11 am to 8 pm (Sunday until 6 pm)
