Echoing  the  stoic  emperor Marcus Aurelius works title,   MEDITATIONS exhibits both Myung-Hee PARK 's exhilarating  deep meditating experience  autobiography,  and  the  artworks  produced  as a result ,  using  a  three  millenial  techniques  of  Ottchill,  that is  natural lacquer. 
Lacquer  is a  hard process involving  canvas  preparation  and  countless  hours  of  laying  the fresh natural lacker, followed  by  nights  of  temperature  and  humiduty  curing  to  harden the lacquer , followed by  painstakingly  polishing  each of the dosenss of  layers , including inlays  of  mother of pearl, egg shells, and other secret ingredients.
