Artskoco offers its loyal collectors and visitors an exclusive preview, ahead of the ART WEEK crowds, to discover new artists and never-before-seen works by our gallery’s artists, which will be exhibited in November. Some of these pieces will also be shown at the Interstell’Art Exhibition during the 1st European Interstellar Symposium, from December 2 to 5.
Among them, Myeunghee PARK presents lacquer works inlaid with mother-of-pearl, like stars scattered across the cosmos—drawn from the multiverse theory and celestial inspiration.
This year, we are also introducing “Random Process” by Jee Eun LEE, whose translucent motifs seem to diffuse across the paper like watercolor. Yet, upon closer look, one discovers the material presence, the thickness from layers of Korean media and pigments, and delicate mother-of-pearl inclusions.
You will also discover new creations by Hoon MOREAU, Seock SON, Hyunjoung LEE, HeangGyun LEE, Sun KIM, Ilhwa HONG, and Neung Seang PARK.
